Screen tearing, tried a lot of combo's, still no luck!

No idea. Don't ever use the Nvidia app though. Vsync in game with rtss gives me tearing. I'm sure it's not you :). You could try 59 FPS.

Without some form of Vrr/Freesync/Gsync you will always get some form of tearing without Vsync enabled. Capping your fps at 60 (or any other amount) on a 60hz display wont eliminate tearing because it wont synchronise the frame output to the display.

Yeah that makes sense. My monitor is 10 years old so maybe time for an upgrade
