Hi all,

My fellow forum member, wolseley, and I would like to make a gift to the cause. From him, 4800+ units and crunching once more. From me, 12800 units and now crunching for his account :)

Seems like we've lost quite a few units today. Have a load of people left?

No problem. Can't say we'll generate many more in the time left though as the server we used to run on has been retired!!

The GF's lappy has done 31 woo's on it's own :confused:
Not to mention the 50 or so on my main rig.

In SetiSpy it's says I'm using Sammael's account so I'll not panic yet.

In which case everybody adding to Sammael's account needs to check what is happening. As of now there are 46 WUs submitted to tha account today.

Check the crunched WUs are actually being submitted, and not held in a queue somewhere.
 
I've not been producing anything for 12 hours, my new bits from OcUK turned up yesterday, put it in my new DDR and damn
PC would'nt POST for 6 hours

, then all of a sudden about midnight it decided it wanted to behave again.

Took the next 6 hours to clone my boot drive over to my new SATA, install it and give it a quick Prime test.

Why are these jobs never simple.

OK back at work. Turns out the PAT testers had been in and hadn't turned the server back on again. As the queue server is pretty much unused for anything else atm no-one noticed.

I asked an IT Technician to take a look while I was off, but they see touching the servers as similar to starving a lion then sticking their heads in its' mouth, they KNOW not to touch my lubbly servers!

Uploaded 300+ WUs already, plus another 350 still waiting to go. Unfortunately as the server was off it wasn't sending out any cached WUs'! :eek: :mad:

Too right :p and thats not a bad idea actually, think I've got a couple of old accounts laying around with a hundred or so WU's in.
 
Well looks like i got a nice speed increase out of replacing my DDR, time per WU has dropped by at least 30 minutes, 1h 20m - 1h 45m per unit, i'm happy with that for a 2.5ghz processor.:)

Can't wait to see what F@H times are like. :D
