Thanks Mr ToxicTBag.

Got another tiffy just arrived... wonder when the next certificate threshold is?

Hi Stickman :)

Just go to your stats page on the team ocuk website and scroll down you will see a section that tells you how many tiffys you have earned and how many points you need for your next one :)

Thanks guys. I'm running a 7970 (probably not ideal for seti i know) - will the changes to the cuda settings have any effect on ATI cards?

No it won't the app_info tbag sent will not work with the 7970

Heres the one I used with my 7970 when I ran it.

Thou art forgiven Mr TBag - 'twas the thought that counts. :)

Found the ocuk stats page, thanks TTB. Now I am in your debt for all the help. :)

Thanks for the info file Mr Biffa sah. :)

Does anyone know where Boinc stores the app_info file by default? Had a quick search the other day and couldn't find it. That said, I noticed some folders in windows seven have special "deny access" rights set so that unless you change the permissions you can't read them even as admin.

They will be in C:\ProgramData\BOINC. The folder is hidden so you'll have to change your settings so you can see it.

:( Can't continue my job is coming to an end. I'll try and get back to it once I have a new job. :(

Gutted for you. It's such a crappy time right now but hold in there. A few people I know have been made redundant and ended up in a new job that they enjoy even more than the last with better wages.

...you'll need to go down a bit deeper that that. If you accepted the defaults at install, you'll need to go to:

C:\ProgramData\BOINC\projects\setiathome.berkeley.edu\

Mr Toxic - the cone of shame is now yours for an extra week!!!!:D

Feel for you Mr M fingers crossed for the future :)

Being in debt to TTB is worse than owing money to the mafia. Watch your back mate :D

 why you little .... :):p

An extra week .... with the cone of shame and manflu its hardly worth getting dressed these days :)

I always install my BOINC somewhere other than the silly defaults. Somewhere like c:\BOINC\BOINC and c:\BOINC\BOINCDATA

 Your certainly rattling off these tiffys at a rate of knots Mr derv sah another millionaire milestone .... well done indeed ..... :)

Normal news service will resume this friday, just want to spend the next few days tweaking and working on overclocks to get the most out of new build :)

better get my bum back to the top of the Rosetta RAC chart then.. might crank up to 70% for the next few days... Still, my climb up to the top 10 is going well.

Whoop, stompy stompy, next up Prohardver. They often have higher production than us but right now we're higher so they're catchable and not far ahead in points.
