I find this is difficult bench as there are so many variants. Are we to use SMAA4x or other? In above SMAA4x is used, initial post does not include display settings

It's once you change Screen space contact shadows to high its changes preset from highest to custom.
I guess its down to trust.

@heartburnron tbh we really lack 1080p and 1440p data for the new cards. I would appreciate at least a 1440p run if you have the time.

Sure. Happy to oblige. I can run 1920x1080 but I can't select 'normal' 1440 or 2160. I'll run and post results for 1080p and 3440x1440...

I will run some 1080P and 1440P runs when i have the game downloaded. From memory i think i got 145FPS or thereabouts at 1080P using the settings in the OP.
