I can't see anyone here doing this, most of us like a more natural/healthy approach.
 
You've bought into this crap? When HCG doesn't work as a spray and you have to inject yourself for it to be beneficial?

Any diet that means you have to INJECT yourself is complete rubbish. Do NOT do it.


Also, stop taking chemicals and supplements of which you have no understanding.
 
For the record, I'm implying that its fake as its not hcg working to lose the fat, its simply the VLCD. HCG is only available when injected - not as a spray. (well spray has so little, its not really hcg)

My sarcasm perhaps didn't come across as it should've! :p
 
wow people actually believe they can lose fat this way, dumbfounded this stuff exists and is marketed at people, just eat healthy and exercise, worked for me, no spacial supplements or chemicals and I lost over 3 stone.
 
yup, while i was losing fat I was gaining strength, its makes no sense to just lose fat without building core strength and flexibility

plus I had great fun exercising with friends and on my own and its a really good way to boost your mood
 
OP, dramatic weight loss is not ideal as you will, unless you are seriously dedicated to a frankly impossible diet and training routine, lead to higher proportion of lean muscle loss than ideal.

At worst, this could see you looking notably less heavy but 'weak' and non-lean.

This just sounds a horrendously bad idea. Instead, try (as a baseline) lowering your total calories, lowering your carb intake and increasing your protein and fat intake. Combining this with frequent exercise will see results in time

Your quite a big guy, stop that **** go lift some weights and just get massive :)

Infact you weigh nearly the same as me, albeit shorter. Lose a couple of Kgs, lift weights and go on the right diet and you will notice a transformation in no time!
 
You're the same height as me, and almost the same weight before you dropped all the water weight.

Current weight: 85.6Kg

Guys I am not ignoring, I am reading every comment, just as I mentioned I am not gonna defend this diet, since I am only doing it for the 1st time and can't really say from self experience whether it's good or not , although I decided to do it and I am sticking to it, as I said, I am not the first in the world to do this diet, thousands of people are doing it every day... There seem to be lack of knowledge about how this HCG really works, close to ignorance, but that's OK, and I am not the one who's gonna convince ANYONE to do it.

Also as you can see the weight-lose pace has dropped now, to around 300 cals/day. the first 2 days it dropped fast only because it was after the 2 'loading days' (eat as much as you possibly can before the 500 cals/day part starts)

I am not having any side effects, no headaches, i am not feeling weak, and all those things people may think, if I was to suffer, I wouldn't do it.
 
So wait a second, the diet consists of "eat a shedload so when you poop it all out in the first few days it looks like you're losing loads of weight when actually you're just paying for useless rubbish while virtually starving yourself (which you can of course do without paying us for the privilege but hey where's the fun in that"?
