so Raikiri, i lost 14 kg of muscle is that what you are saying? :D

No, I'm saying you've lost maybe 4-5kg of fat, 3-4 of water and 5-6 of muscle/connective tissue etc.

In the same time frame you could have lost just the 4-5kg of fat, leaving you at 85kg with more muscle mass and the same amount of fat that you currently have.
 
But now you're 75kg and still at a really high bodyfat, a little lower than before but not much.

Look at the pictures, clear loss yes, but for someone who is now barely in the overweight BMI category, you still have very obvious love handles, moobs, a gut, basically all the classic signs of someone that is visibly overweight. Pretty sure I already pointed this out specifically as being one of the consequences of what you're doing.

I can only repeat what has already been said, you know absolutely nothing about weight loss, and this only serves to prove it. When the body starts to lose at a rate beyond 2lb a week, it no longer cares where it is taking from, that is why it is recommended to lose slow, that is why a relatively small amount of the 14kg is actually fat. HCG drops will do nothing to change this fact.

I'm the same height, weigh more and have lost less weight than him since i started exercising. I feel i look a hell of a lot better than that though as i've actually got some muscle definition appearing, not just a slightly thinner layer of fat.
 
Well he did say he's moving on to a sensible diet now. What he will do though is go off and tell everyone he did the HCG diet and it worked, and so the cycle continues :rolleyes:.
 
well done mate :)

But you could have probably done beter via walking for an extra 30 minutes a day (yes..a little exercise :O) and watching what you eat for the same period of time

Now what you WILL find unless you going to continue to starve yourself....is that its about to all go back on now...
 
So the 'losing phase' is over, lost almost 14 kg in 40 days....
current weight is 75.7 kg, Started 89.3 kg.
I feel great, I really do. started Going to the gym 3 times a week now.
no food with sugar and/or high amount of carbs is allowed for the next 3 weeks (mainly eating anything i want with protein, and vegetables)

no doubt i am not even near my goal, still need to lose somewhere between 6-10 kg, which i plan on doing with proper diet+sports ... hoping to see better results in the future :)
