You really have bought into a load of ****. Even compounds used by bodybuilders to shift fat (T3, clen) can only produce an increase of around 10-15% to your metabolism (and many places will suggest not even that). HCG is not burning through that many calories in a day, and what's funny about it is you appear to be genuinely convinced it's not the insanely low calories you're eating that's doing the work. Answer this, where's the logic in eating almost nothing when you have something that can burn through as much fat as you believe HCG can? A defecit of 1500 cal per day on it's own would produce weight loss way beyond the recommended rate.Current weight: 85.1Kg
Guys, it is not PURE 500 cals a day, you feel NO need for food whatsoever, the HCG itself taking apart from 1500 to 4000 cals a day from your body fat (the kind of fat you want to lose, not muscle, but again, not gonna argue), thus you are well fed at the end of every day, pretty much.
