Shazam! (DC) 2019

My wife was ill so we didn't go.

You would think limitless users would be a it more cinema savvy though. Checking your phone even once when the film is on, is a big no-no unless you are a doctor on call or something.

Yer, it was OK. Nothing spectacular, but a nice enough story, some funny moments and nice effects. Certainly wasn't board. Did seem really well cast.

Saw it last night. Gotta love ODEON Limitless!

Really enjoyed the movie. BELIEVE THE HYPE! It was even more than I expected it to be! From start to finish. I even let out a loud cheer at one point of the movie, I had not expected to see it happen, but it did and my heart was full of epic joy! :D

Didn't help some douche sat in front of me was checking his flipping phone every so often. I would have moved had there not been people sat to my right and I was already on the aisle end.

Can't wait to see it again in IMAX 3D when it comes out next week. Already booked for two more showings: opening night and then Sunday with the missus. :D

I thought it was good too and I'm tempted when it released to go see it again in 3d, if my local cinemas decide to show it in 3d.

I liked about 90% of it then got bored in the "finale" 7.5/10
The baddie and his "7 deadly sins" were rubbish and weak and terribly integrated CGI, so bad that i just watched them when they were on the screen to see how the edited them in over the actors.
It's fine, much more aimed at kids and young teenage friendly. A throwaway film, dont care for a sequel.

Booked Saturday in the new superscreen 270 degree see how that goes as this is the only film they are currently showing in it.

Watched it in the new 270 degree screen, only some scenes use it other than that it's a normal screen. Would've been great if I didn't have kids giving youtube reactions to every single bit happening throughout, even their carer got fed up with trying to keep them quiet.

Film was ok, wasn't great some of the comedic bits fell flat and it didn't really seem to go anywhere, part 1 oh I've got powers, part 2 here's a bad guy few fight scenes, part 3 power of family wins the day. Not sure if it'll get a sequel but it's baited with the mid credits scene.

Highlight for me was getting to Chuck back on the big screen.
