Plates are on (in a manner of speaking, I didn’t want to get rid of the old English ones)

They gave me historic vehicle plates which are a bit more interesting than the usual ones.

Took advantage of the car actually being legal to drive now and went for a short road trip. Took a couple of goes to start it in the morning as it’s been sitting all week but other than that, no issues.

Do you get much grief in Mexico? Other than Cancun most of my friends think it's a mafia run country and most places are no-go. A lad in a Roller who doesn't look like Fidel Castro is making me think otherwise! Lol.

No grief at all. Like any big country, there are some areas which are best to avoid but most places are fine. Particularly in Monterrey, Cancún and some parts of Mexico City, there are loads of people with far more money than me so although the car stands out, it’s nowhere near the most expensive car people will see driving around. Last night I went to dinner and saw an Urus, an X5M, 4 Cayenne Turbos amongst other £50k+ cars in the restaurant car park. I’d say the Rolls was in the bottom 20% of everything there value-wise.

None of them are as gangsta as an old boy RR. I reckon they all felt inferior!
