Should Shambo die?

About time!

The local primary school near me is on it's 4th case of TB while that stupid cow is waited on hand and foot.

Whatever keeps them happy really, TBH he's not causing much harm, and when he does buy the farm im sure they will dispose of him decently...

Thats if MacDonalds doesn't call shotgun on his meaty-self :p

Yes. We are not in a Hindu theocracy. Religion does not trump the law here.

Start arresting those keeping the cow and see what happens next.

As a Farmers son, I can't help but feel that keeping Shambo alive is wrong.

There are very strict rules regarding farm animals nowadays, I can't be bothered to ream them off.

We all have to stick to the rules, and so should they,

Shambo definately won't go into the food chain  anyone who actually thinks he will is a bit deranged.. or having a giraffe.

Great decision, so when is it going to be killed?
Perhaps other appeal courts can go the same way. UK law is bigger than any religion.

You know precisely what I mean. Whenever their families decided to move over to Britain they should have accepted the fact they will have to abide by UK law and regulations, it's part of moving to another country. If they don't want to do that then they can stay there or, in this case, go back.

yes imagine we went to hindu country and said sorry guv but the flippin cow was stood in the middle of the road.....

See loads of hindus protestin on the streets to defend our rights?

My first OCUK

Well its just been announced on BBC breakfast news that Shambo has been put down.

A result for the law and common sense.

Ignoring the bull for a moment ;) (pun possibly intended)

Can I just confirm we have all switched to Hindu bashing as opposed to Muslim bashing for today? :p

lol, like anyone thinking a cow with CJD would get into the food chain?

its true that rules are there for guidance, but if no-one ever challenges rules then i think you would be in a world of draconian old school laws.
