ok wtf the Suarez saga rolls on.... I dunno what moonshine Rodgers is sniffing but he is demanding Suarez apologize saying he has disrespected the club?

First...Rodgers tossed Reina to Napoli without a so much as a cheerio (Reina didnt want to go)

And Rodgers has got the cheek to have a go at Suarez about loyalty ? wtf lol you couldnt ask for a more loyal servant than Reina.....

Secondly Suarez played out of his skin last season...did everything he could but still Liverpool couldnt make CL. Hes a world class player he goes where he can play at the top level ie CL.

Force suarez to train on his own for his apparent disrespect lol...wtf.

If i were Suarez i would make official transfer request then try legal action, kick up a stink.... Then if none of that work just pretend he has an injury...do a "tevez"

Why do Liverpool want a player who doesnt want to play for them and who cant offer him anything he wants.

Bah.. I typed a big long reply and the Chrome died and didn't remember it, so basically..

The only reason Liverpool ever managed to get Suarez is because he is a ******* and upsets any club he plays for, so not many big clubs are willing to touch him. Just be glad that so far, he has performed brilliantly, despite being a grade A ****. No point asking for an apology, everyone knows what he's like, and that he's that damn good a player.. You either get on with it, or get rid of him.

I said that in more depth, but I want to sleep, and I'm not typing it all again.

The Reina situation is a real shame, I think the club acted on rumours which never materialised, maybe he should have knocked them on the head earlier if there was no truth but what resulted is a sorry state of affairs all round

Reina didn't want to go, tough ****, he was giving his move to barca a rimjob in the media all summer, LFC acted, he lost out, his priorities were Barca then Liverpool.

Secondly, Suarez didn't do everything he could, he got banned for four games for biting someone.

Thirdly, why would Rodgers want a playe training with the other players when he has stated he wants out, called the management liars and completely dragging the club through it again in the media.

Also you think Reina didn't know about Napoli? His agent is Rafa's agent, Rafa's would've had to tell his agent he wanted him so thats a load of ********. Also you refer to loyalty then dismiss it, make up your mind.

He's been extremely disruptive to our pre-season and until his head is straight it makes sense to keep him away from everyone, clubs do this all the time.

Like most Liverpool fans I love Reina but he didn't come across too well with that letter.

He admitted he would have wanted to leave had Barca come calling yet was unhappy that the club acted first in replacing him - after he/his agent told the club that Barca were going to bid. What did he want the club to do? Wait for Barca to make their minds up and possible leave us scrambling around trying to replace him late in the window?

The line about not knowing of a deal with Napoli until it was agreed was nonsense too. In most cases a club will find out if a player's interested before making a bid - when the player in question shares the same agent as the bidding clubs manager then I think it's fair to say that Reina knew of Napoli's interest well before Liverpool did.

If that's incorrect it'll be interesting to hear his opinion on Lewandowski who has also said he was lied to this summer and was also told to apologise and STFU.

Well you have to understand Liverpools position. They want £50 million + for him and secondly they dont want to directly strengthen their biggest rival for 4th spot. If it was Madrid that came knocking he would probably have been able to leave. Suarez is better than Bale and when LFC see Madrid offering near £100 million for him they are going to want a lot more than £40 million for Suarez imo.

I think the compromise is a concrete agreement, 1 more year and if no CL you can leave for 40-50m

Liverpool will be very lucky to get £40+ million for Suarez after all this carry on.

I don't think that any apology will come, and Suarez is pretty much going to cause problems now until the day he gets his way.

According to Suarez a verbal agreement was in place that contradicts what you just said. This is why he is kicking up a stink about it now.

Its pathetic and is very petty. His personal opinions are his - if he says he wants to move to a club in the CL so what? And because of his personal opinion the club decides to punish him for just saying his own opinion....lol very petty.

Of course if it is in his contract that he should not say anything like he has done (bringing the club into disrepute apparently) then FAIR ENOUGH but then if it was in there would probably be financial punishment for any breaches of contract....not just Rodgers getting the hump and sending him into the corner to train by himself lol

The point is ...playing at a club is not all hugs and kisses its a business contract... LFC knew what they were getting when they bought Suarez jeez. World cup year is not far off..Suarez wants to be in a top CL side (as his level of skill would warrant quite honestly).

Also its complete BS Henry, Rodgers or whoever saying they will not sell, or they wont sell to a rival...that argument is rendered utter bogus the very second Torres went to Chelsea..

Money talks - if Arsenal up the money then Suarez will go...no matter what anyone says.

Agree on Reina not on Suarez.

The club owe Reina an apology. Reina's mistake was actually telling the club about Barcelona (ie revealing HIS thoughts and where he wanted to go) Soon as he did that you betcha the club were seeking a replacement. I guess the club expects all its players to only want to play for Liverpool football club regardless of family or money situation and to voice an opinion otherwise is tantamount to blasphemy *shrug* Its idealistic but its a fairytale.
