The thread was about freestyling and in the end, i posted a clip.....after everyone flamed me for been rubbish or something like that.

Dude find the thread in the archeived section, the clip was posted in there towards the end. It is a classic thread, about 25pages long....Belive me if you dont laugh then you aint human. Im not sure if it is still been hosted (audio clip in there that is).

Thats what i thought but then i tried it and its relaxing and improving feels good. Also when I spun after just a couple of weeks at a festival the girls loved me. Good fun teaching them whilst stood behind them, moving their arms in the motion when quite intoxicated!

I learned basics off www.homeofpoi.com and met with spinners of poi, staff, diabolo and fire breathers in the park. Was great fun chilling with them at night
