Looks really yum! But tiniest portion ever!
Yeah, it wasn't the biggest plate of food I've ever dished up, but the ragù is incredibly rich and there's about 80g of pasta it's mixed in with so it's a healthy portion for a 2-course meal.

Perhaps the angle in the other shot isn't doing it many favours.

I was wondering what all the tiny portions are about. I'm about to eat minced beef and onion pie that my boyfriend's grandma made, along with mash and veg. No small portions for us :D

I'm glad that our Yorkshire lass and Quicklink have come along and saved the day with manly meals with proper portions!

I really need to BBQ ribs one day, however I'm truly awful at BBQ'ing (I'm surprised I don't have a lady cave!) and worried about messing them up.

impossible!

Do them the same as in my post I did (wrapped in foil tightly) on top shelf of BBQ for a few hours, then slap on the hot grill once basted in BBQ sauce. EASY!

Prosciutto di Parma, ASDA ES Tomatoes on the Vine, ASDA Mozzarella Di Bufala Campana D.O.P (the best I have had outside Italy!) & fresh basil all on a garlic rubbed & grilled ciabatta.

Was a solid Saturday lunch :)

Where's the meat? Is that on another plate? I'm confused. A meal without meat is like a car without wheels :(
