Blast the tortilla in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it up, spray a little olive oil on both sides and then wrap it arrange an upturned ovenproof bowl, heat in the oven at 180c for around 10mins until lightly crisp.
Looks good. Is that a Gaggenau oven?

Experimented with some breakfast cupcakes made in a muffin tray.
Basically fried bread on the bottom, mushroom, onion and crumbled black pudding next, then bacon and an egg.

My first attempt at salt beef, 2 weeks later and i have this

Beef shin & stout stew with herb dumplings; served with steamed broccoli.
That was damn tasty.
Meat was melt in the mouth and full of flavour. Gravy was lusciously gelatinous and the dumplings were much better than I expected since it was the first time I've ever made them (I know, 48 years old and never made dumplings
).
I ate all 6 dumplings by the way

It's a Guardian recipe. I followed it pretty much to the letter except I didn't add turnips, only carrots.

Brioche bun, burger made simply from mince steak, salt, black pepper, white pepper, Worcester sauce and mushroom ketchup. Then simply compté and a chavy cheese slice, red onions, ketchup and mayo. Hnnnnng.

Had a bash at Jamie Oliver's Steak Indian Style, minus a couple of the farty bits like alfalfa sprouts. Came out really nicely
