First attempt at 321 ribs today. Pretty damn tasty though I will probably make them 432 next time, unless I get a BBQ where I can control the temp better.

Going to make my first batch tonight. Apparently the best flour is 00 grade flour. Hopefully my local Asda stocks it. Might see if I can buy it in bulk feom somewhere haha
