Modded the LED's after much procrastination :p

That's sweeeet, I followed your other thread but haven't seen the finished item before.

I'm seriously considering getting a Fortress case here, my little Antec 300 is getting a tad cramped.

I'd be looking for a black windowed one, but not sure if I'll need extension cables for mobo power leads (8pin & 24pin) - I have a BeQuiet! 850W PSU... any ideas folks? :)

Probably not selling the model with these pictures due to my camera being relegated to the free gift from a cereal box level of technology, and combined with poor lighting.

As using an Enzotech Extreme-X passive CPU cooler you can see how the optical drive is raised at the rear. Because the DFI Junior P45 board CPU socket location compared to other boards.

If you could please excuse that incredibly poor camera phone quality lol

Installing the neccessities :D

Final pics of build - cables still need sorting and tidying, but i had to have the machine up and running to get some work done as i have major deadlines approaching pretty fast :(

Main uses for the pc are 3d Max, Maya, Photoshop and DAW software
oh and the occasional RTS

Mmm, that's looking very nice Lunatyc, I'm getting seriously drawn to the Fortress case recently and you're pics are not helping my wallet!

You say it still needs some cable tidying but it looks pretty good already, so I'll be waiting to see the finished item please!:)

Thanks FaceplantSi, its a really nice case to work with, and has astonishing build quality.

Ive previously owned a Lian Li pc70, Coolermaster Stacker and have worked with Antec Sonata's as well as Thermaltake cases and without being bias, this case really does has the best build quality.

as for the cable management, i need to get the psu and sata cables more hidden, they were jsut put in temp to get it running, but i will post the finnished item as soon as uni is over for the year

Ehm... not sure what you mean there m8 :)

hi mate, i meant with the main 24pin power cable onto the motherboard, im having touble getting mine behind the mobo tray without causing the side panel to have issues fitting back on agian, jsut wondering if you had the same problem?

cheers
