The material looks like something a fire could easily start.
If what I think it's foil faced mat about 1/8" thick sometime used in vehicle heat insulation between engine compartment and passenger compartment, under hood, etc.

Definately not easy to burn. :D

I like the idea behind that PC, it's the computer equivalent of a 'sleeper' modified car.

Just a small problem though with the extreme lack of air flow around the components, so I doubt it's practical for a normal gaming PC.

What speeds are your fans set to?
Have mine set 10% @ 30c and 100% @ 50c (50c ET6 is 60C core temp) Below 30% is silent, 50-60% CPU is audible and 100% you can hear 2 metres away... and still hear a pin drop :)

Have just plugged in board and set to voltage and letting it do it's own thing.. Max temp so far is 74.c and how quite it is I'm happy with that. That's with my cpu at 4.8ghz with 1.4v.
