had my socket a thunderbird 1.6hz doing 2ghz with a thermalright heatsink with a delta fan on set up like that lowest temps ever but the fan had to go after 2 months
Now thats what you call an "open plan" case.

Did a PC case and table dust clean up this evening, so thought it was a good time to post a pic.

That's 6x320GB disks in RAID5.
Certainly outreads and outwrites any SSD, but seek times are still slow in comparison.

cable management isnt one of my strong points but here are my 2 current machines the first is my everyday machine used for gaming as well hence the new 6970.
the second is all my old spare parts plus a new psu and graphics card (GTX460) this mainly sits folding most of the time when it works!!
