Picked my bike up, managed to get a few miles on it before the clouds dumped their load on everything
New Pirelli Corsa tyres and wet roads is a bit sketchy, wet mode traction light flashes quite a bit even when being very gentle!

Time to get the tail tidy and a few other bits installed

Lovely thing that is. Love the way the fairings expose the downpipe. The Diablo Rosa Corsas on my S1000R light up the traction even in the dry on a cold day

Great in the dry though!

The exposed pipe is nice, I think the only thing missing style wise is a single side swingarm and I guess some gold Ohlins bits

Looking forward to some more weather like yesterday then to get the tyres scrubbed in!

How does it feel position wise? Those legs look far back, do you find yourself stretching a little for the handles?

It's more that it requires the weight to be on the tank by squeezing your knees and can put lots of pressure on the wrists, than being able to reach the handles.

What sells quite well for the Panigale are the tank grips.

Position with the race seat is fine, without it my legs are a little too cramped. No problem with reach, I can almost sit bolt upright and my knees are in the perfect position to grip the tank.

Don't waste 10K+ on an A2 bike, spend 2.5-3K on a lovely SV650.

Careful your chain don't chafe your seat or leave an indent

I've moved the chain between the 2 seats now, it just seemed the easiest way to make the padlock pretty much impossible to get a pair of croppers to.

The colour looks even better in person, we'll have to meet up for a ride out to Ironbridge over the summer wazza.
