*** Show us your bikes! ***

Not an unusual sight; ducati on a recovery truck. :p
KTM's electrics weren't better either, it's one of those bikes you should only get with warranty and sell it as soon as it runs out...

My SV is so simple and easy to work on. :) I won't buy anything non-japanese again.

Aprilia's aren't known as 'the Italian Honda' for nothing. Not had a bit of bother with mine, the Rotax 990V60 and V4's are utterly bombproof. Except maybe for the early RSV4's which had coolant manifolds made of chocolate. ;)

Yep, and you only have to go onto a BMW forum to hear the stories of endless problems... every brand has it's problems.

A 'proper' KTM would be better IC3 :p they're made to go around the world :D

Pretty much. No issues here with mine now so far.

Had more problems with my S1000RR.

Mine was rock solid as well, very well engineered and built bikes.

Yamaha WR450F picked up at the weekend. She's an absolute monster! Full FMF system that spits flames

^^ Looks like a lot of fun. Those of you who've not tried trail riding you should. I have a KLX351sf which is my trail bike. One of my favorite things about biking is going off to an empty trail. Just you and the wilderness !

If the UK trails looked like that I'm have an off road bike, without a doubt!

'The wilderness' doesn't really exist down here :p

Nice bike, don't think they sell that model over here?,ID have to get some knobblies though with that terrain

I've actually got some 17" knobbly's that I'm going to install in the very near future. Thing is i quite like having road tyres, since it is a supermoto after all, and road tyres are nice and fine for the rocky, normal gravel type terrain down here. Problem is you can run into some sand, and being in the Everglades often these abandoned roads / trails can flood. So it can get a sketchy without knobbly's. I'll put them on see how i like it, then decide. They were not expensive, $80 for the pair ! plus my friend has a tyre changing station. So its just the hr or so, it'll take to swap. I may even get my own tyre changing station, and swap them back and forth as needed.

New bike arrived this evening, literally, after 9 - so not really been able to do anything with it. Here's some pics, will take better ones tomorrow.

Sadly, got a black seat due to the seat manufacturer not keeping up with demand. Will have the proper coloured one posted to me in the next 3-4 weeks.
