Aww, cool! I've managed to get everyone all misty eyed over misspent youth.
I'm 48 tomorrow and still out there. Silverstone, last December. Bloody freezing and me crapping it over the jetting and dropping it potential. Am buying a £1000 ****box diesel for future use! Then I can really let my hair down!

Very nice Mmmmmmmm.

I got this one new back in 1994, not me on it my mate and his lad.
needs a good clean there, just got back from the TT.

hahaha worst picture ever! Sure its your 'mate'?

Lol you aint wrong, dont think digital cameras were even out back then.
Even the tyres look bald it's that bad :D

And no not me ive only got a daughter ;) it's a shame that's the only pic of the bike i've got on the pc, i even had to nick it off his face book page.

I must get a scanner :)

Okeydoke, if we are doing "old bikes" from years ago, here are a couple more of mine.

ZXR750J1, bought it brand new, ended up trading it in for a Gixxer750L. Mates Old School GPZ900R in the background :-

BMW K100RS. Yeah, old mans bike but during my ownership of it I managed to embarrass quite a few crotch rocket riders with it.

Hey all. im new. as you can tell! All the computer info is awesome on this forum and it was even a bonus when i saw it has a kick ass bike section!

I might aswell post some biking info about me here as well as my pics of my bike.

Ive been riding since i was 10 on trials bikes. And as soon as i turned 17 i took my full bike test and passed. then bought a ninja 250 and rode it round for about 9 months. Got a bit bored and bought a Relentless rep K7 GSXR 600.

Lovely bike, I have a K7 750 in black - still tempted to stick the relentless livery on it :D

After ages being bikeless I finally bought this:

NewBike.15.01.2011.jpg

Sept 2007 57 plate. ABS, heated grips, that OBC thing, tyre pressure monitor, centre-stand, luggage rack and rail, ugly BMW top-box, white indicators.

The BMW indicator switches take a bit of getting used too, power delivery feels roughly similar to the SV650 I had - or at least closer to that than the inline-4 bandit engine, obviously.

Want to sort out BMW sports panniers and a tankbag but if sticking with BMW and new that'll be ~£460 and £170 respectively! May have to look used/elsewhere.

Yet again very nice Flukester  I did originally want a KR1S 250 but just as i was ready to buy motorcycle city started some nice 0% deals.

Thought it would be rude not to :p and a week later had a nice brand new RGV, i had a permanent smile on for a few weeks after :D

Not the best picture of my bike but this is my mate and I heading off to the highlands of Scotland for a weekend bash.

Mine is the green one (with the tinted screen, stubby exhaust and the *cough cough* full carbon dymage wheels ;)

I'm also the big handsome bugger in the blue leathers :D

Nice Tornado, cracking backdrop to that photo, Eilean Donan castle I presume?.

Nice CBR there too, peteh. All these pics and talk of venturing out for a first ride of 2011 is making me want to get cracked on and do it too. Got the Mille hooked up to a Datatool battery optimiser but she hasn't been started since the end of September. My fault, should have been trying to start it a few times a month but just didn't get around to it. Went to start her today and she turns over but won't start. Going to get the battery off and give it a good charge before trying again as I'm bound to screw the sprag clutch up, just my luck. Planning to get out for a first ride this week sometime, will post pics.

I've been hoping to take the bike out both of the last two weekends. Still waiting for the weather unfortunately. Hopefully the first ride of 2011 will be soon :)

After I bought mine on Sat and scampered back home I realised the rain was staying off so got a few hours in! :)

I might try commuting on it some time, but after 2 years off I think I should do some more 'general' riding before that!

Plus as you say it's frickin' freezing!

EDIT: I should change my sig when I remember how to use Photoshop/where the cd is!
