*** Show us your bikes! ***

I recently picked up one of the updated ones as a second bike alongside my T120. Really impressed so far - it is far better than the headline numbers suggest....

Saw one of these in the metal for the first time in Bude over the weekend. Was very impressed in how improved it looks!

Wasn't you was it? You look more Minehead way judging by that picture.

EDIT - My Geoguessing was good there! vkdCK23.png

So I Got myself a Gilera RC 1989 today. Just something to go to the shops on.

Bought an addition to the Yamaha collection

Harris framed TZ250 with a RD400 air cooled engine. Classic Bikes build from 2006 over eight issues.

Smelly, stinking, awful to ride, leaks and probably needs constant fiddling and the occasional full rebuild

Historic so needs no MOT or RFL

Completely forgot I clocked the "Bikerpics" guy at the last minute, turned out the shots weren't half bad:

I did contemplate turning around and going up and down to pose a bit, but I was on a mission to Minehead at this point, and cba.

The Superduke 1290R may be going soon.
I'm trying to do a deal on a new bike, but myself and the dealers are £500ish apart on cost to change.
I won't jinx myself and say what it is, but it has 207BHP and shifts a bit.
I love the SDR but really miss the in line 4 howl at 13K revs, and this thing has been de-catted and has an Akra fitted :D

I've had one before, but it and me got rather written off when we got flattened by an ******* who wasn't paying attention.
I guess I'll find out tomorrow if the dealer will accept my offer, if not, then no worries.
It's not like I'm slumming it at the moment :D

The newer shape does look great, but I'm working to a budget.
I have a RTX4090 to buy at some point :)

Very smart bud, great choice, I'm loving the way Kawasaki have shaped the new zx6/10's over the last couple of years.... At least you have your head screwed on, some people would've gone s1000rr and an RTX4090

Love the "L" on the sliders.
Have you scraped it off yet?
Hahaha, yeah both sides have seen to road a fair few times over the years and have worn really well. I think I had some Wiz ones with magnesium (sparks yo!) years ago, those were clearly made from weaker plastic, as I did them in over a couple of weekends on my old R1.

It is now mine, all mine..

:D

They are going to service it and fit a pair of Rosso Corsa 2's before I collect it next week.
I've also asked them to fit the original front mud guard as I don't really like the carbon one that's on there (I'll sell it on ebay).

Great news bud, fair play to you... Many happy, fun miles to come
