How many people here have done an advanced riding course?

I feel at times my cornering isn't as good as I would like and maybe not leaning correctly and not hugely confident in doing it.

ok well how many people lean quite heavily around corners usually? I see guys out on the road going other direction to me who seem to do it a lot more than me and it looks easy and far more comfortable!

I don't know if its just my bike either, riding a GSX600F which I am sat pretty up right on and it's pretty darn heavy! Makes me more reluctant tbh.

I also don't ride it all that often either as it's no good for use to work to and from every day.

For a minute i thought this was a trainspotters forum until i saw the bike section ;)

Had a few myself onroad and off, its in the blood...

Do a trackday you'll learn more there than on the road, the more you do them the more confident you will get on cornering.

Nope... as i'm injured from falling off....

Trackdays are safer have never had so many injuries due to offroading in me life lol

Better not tell Moneyboy that, I think its his job to convert everyone to Dirt and supermoto.

Im wanting to try get a few track days in. Like has been said on here, theres so much to learn from doing one.

955i daytona. had a bit of problem with it, But I knew that when I took it on. just didnt know it would have been a pain to find. Should be sorted soon enough

It's not my fault, Draeger made me do it. (excuse number 326 for when my wife finds out)

Picking this up at the weekend, but will have to keep it at a friends house until I sell the SV650S and my GPZ500.

Whipped! :p

Nice bike, would like to get one myself sometime.

She's brilliant to be honest, couldn't really ask for anyone more understanding but things are getting a bit silly. I have my SV and GPZ, and I have my Dads SV650 which I have been rebuilding ready for the IOM this year and I have a kit car. And two normal cars. Two bikes and a car need to go at the very least!
