You just rode past my favourite pub in the world!Mate of mine has exactly that bike, in that colour, but the RS model. He can't get enough of it.

What a lovely thing. You doing all the work on it yourself? Is this a learning thing like mine, or are you familiar with mechanical stuffs?
Only ever had Jap bikes, and a 1979 Harley Davidson before this, although I have a new Royal Enfield 350 as well. This will definitely be a learning experience.
Kickstart, carb, 6 volt electrics, manual choke, manual advance/retard lever, oil leaks...

Honestly it's one of the best things I've ever done. I've learned so much it's unreal, and jobs that I always thought were some dark art actually turned out to be quite simple as long as you're methodical.
I bought a ton of tools for this too, if you need anything lemme know.

I cancelled my Honda Hornet 1000 order and got this instead, absolutely love everything about this bike
I've had a couple of these over the years, by far the most fun I've had on the roads, The noise, The way it rides and the Quick shifter just makes this bike a good seller! Enjoy and be safe
