Show us your kitty cats

Well I had a chat with my mate tonight and she said she didn't mind coming round every day.. There will be one day she can't make it for 24 hours, but apart from that she said she'll come round once or twice a day. Guess I need to get her something for doing it now!

Great news

Those are beautiful cats, eeyaz and Scotty.

Ha! Didn't notice that kitty, Shaolin.

what is the sellotape on the wall malarkey?

You can get it in pets at home but its pretty much double sided sticky tape. Charlie really hated the feeling on his paws so stopped scratching the wall. Now the stickiness is gone though its looking attractive to the kitten.

I've heard sticking up tin foil also stops it, just depends if you'd mind seeing that stuck where he scratches.

Yeah cats also hate tin foil and I was going to mention it. I've got to use some as the lovely shy boys I am fostering have taken to going to the toilet behind my TV! So going to put down some tin foil and put a litter tray next to the tv, I really hope this works and they don't go elsewhere!

Twiglet checking out the defense system. Both my kittens have now learnt how to climb trellising and I found them on next doors balcony looking down 6 floors. I have now done a mini bodge job and always chaperoned on the roof terrace.
I have ordered a new fence system from Purrfect fences. Does anyone else have experience with this company. It seems pricey but I don't want them trying to fly after a pigeon.

Does anyone know of any cat toys that turn on/off randomly throughout the day? Thinking like a ball that rolls about and makes noises for 5 minutes every 30-60 minutes or something.

Trying to think of a name for the new addition to the cat family. Normally I find it easy to choose a name based on a cat's personality or looks, but I'm stumped with this one and just call it "cat with no name" at the moment lol, so i'm looking for suggestions please. It's a male, Burmese blue.

In regards to cat scratching your couch - if you have a leather couch, rub vicks vapor rub on the area where they scratch. They don't like the smell :)

In case anyone missed this kitten thread :) Wonderful Mr Stelly restores faith in humanity :D

I am thinking of giving one a home, but I am not sure if Snoopy would like it :(

She freaked out big style when my mother in law came round last weekend with her dog - an old boarder collie who lives with cats. She was not a happy kitteh

She seems to be the A-Typical 'single' cat...has anyone else managed to get a cat with a similar temperament to live with another (younger) kitteh?

It just takes time....keep the new kitten in a room for a day with the door ajar so they can smell each other out without fighting. After a couple of days you can introduce them. There will be spats atthe start but within a few weeks they will be sharing a bed and cosying up to each other. It just takes time

I do want one Stelly - I just don't want Snoopy to leave home because of or eat it :( It wouldn't be fair on either cat if they were unhappy :(

But! I do think that she would be okay with a bit of coxing and doing it properly, I just need some more opinions first...

Besides which, those kittens look so beautiful! *whispers* I want a gray one!
