Got a new bundle of fluff on the way, adopting a beautiful ginger and white kitten from the local RSPCA centre, she is going to be called Gemini to go along with my 3yr old MC called Rommy, I am sure some of you can guess the link.

She is tiny and only 7 or 8 weeks, so will be good fun. The RSPCA brought her over yesterday and Rommy has met her, there was some growling and a bit of hissing, but was more curiosity from Rommy than anything.

So we will see how it goes.

My glitter loving cat above is an absolute menace. She is always in to everything and at 3am you can hear her digging at something or just playing with something random. She also has a strange obsession with sellotape. Anything with sellotape on, or any sticky labels, she will lick them until caught and made to stop. The other day she threw up a load of bile and in that was a huge length of sellotape. I despair.

Barry, our other cat, is an angel. Sleeps all night at the foot of the bed, no bother. Chills in the sun all day, does as he is told. Only hear from him when hungry. He is probably the coolest cat I ever met. Poppy is a problem child!

Ronnies new cat box. -

I know it looks like a dog kennel.

He goes out at night and sometimes comes in soaking wet - not that it seems to bother him but dirty paws is problem.

Neighbour dumped a load of wood on me to cut up for starting stick - Too good to cut up so knocked up this - it looks big but he is a big cat. - he is in my chair

All I hope now is he uses it. - Might put a porch on for him yet.

My cat is completely obsessed by pompoms..

She would do this all day if we didn't pocket them and hide them from her.

Sorry, the sound on this camera mic is terrible!

we've got a catit, but not the one with the food bowl above. this one - http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/cat_bowls_feeders/catit/277485

works fine and both cats have no problem using it. comes apart easy, filters are £4-5 for a 3pk. we found if you let the water run low and/or the filters not changed enough the pump does get noisey and the running water noise is noticeable. otherwise there is just a very low hum.

One of mine would always sit in the sink or bath and meow at me to turn the tap on, so I got him one of these. He looked at it for a few seconds and then jumped into the sink and meowed at me to turn the tap on. :(

yeah hugo still wants the tap on if we're around the bathroom/kitchen. but he seems to drink out of the fountain when we're not or busy doing something else.

Ah I forgot the other cat that found itself into a open tumble dryer. I can't post a picture of one without the other!

I used to have a CatIt fountain but it was a pain to strip down for cleaning and the pump was always noisey and eventually failed so I recently bought a Cat Mate Pet Fountain and both my cats love it. It's quick and easy to clean and is dead silent. I have to keep checking that it's running it's so quiet.

We had a CatIT fountain for a while, then one day I went to unplug it for cleaning and the plug had got so hot it melted the plastic shell and it came apart in my hand, exposing the live metal contacts inside. Not impressed.

I might get that cat mate on your recommendation, give that man commission :p
