Show Us Your Motors!

Wtf, that's no M3.
Indeed. Looks lush though - great colour. I assume it's the V8?

tried cooled seats when we bought the evoque - its a very odd sensation i have to say
I've had the seats cooled and heated at the same time. Pointless, yet strangely enjoyable.
Cooled seats smells a bit at first though as it blows all the dead skin and bits of denim out from underneath :p

sorted the scratches out that some git keyed into my car and gave her a good clean.
paintwork comes up really well for a 13yr old car.

Best get that occupancy sensor looked at under warranty :D

(Surely the warmth you felt was simply the residual warmth from whatever was in the bag)

you've obviously just not ordered enough takeaway food.

I've had mine tip the seat belt sensor before which is highly annoying when the car keeps beeping at you to put your take away in a seat belt :p

What!?!? why wouldn't you belt in your takeaway? What if something stepped out in front of the car and you had to do an emergency break - korma killer!

Since getting mine, I have become fonder of the old Bug.

I've got a bigger Scoop coming and have been looking at fog light covers, apart from that, I think some STi projectors finish the front end off nicely.

I see you have the STi grille too which makes a big difference to the appearance.

Yea, the slightly slopey run offs of this grill look better in my mind.
Headlights are screaming to be replaced but always find something else to be working at. Will have to eventually bite the bullet and get some projectors and wire in some squirties for them.

Finally found a well looked after Renault Clio 172 (Full Fat) in Monaco Blue - love the colour and quite rare!

Standard spec plus the following:
Cup dampers
Cooksport springs
KTEC stealth exhaust
Brembo HC discs
DS2500 pads
Turini alloys with Uniroyal Rainsport 3 tyres

Just bought some new exhaust mounts as old ones worn out. Looking at either re-trimming the steering wheel as suffers the usual issues or replacing with a Renaultsport Sabelt one. Might also fit some bucket seats but don't plan on stripping it out, just keeping it as a fast road car with occasional track use and a trip around Europe next year :)

Any thoughts are opinions appreciated :)

has it started rusting yet? it is a ford and fairy liquid has salt in it . i like the black paint and the ivory interior. i do prefer the red lather slightly though.

:D not one spec of rust anywhere the last owner of 9 years must have kept it garaged. Remind me not to use fairly liquid again then lol couldn't be bothered nipping down to Halfords for the Autoglym stuff. In a weird way it kind of done a better job than my regular shampoo did
I agree about the red leather i think it looks epic on the black ST's but so few about :(

You washed your car with fairy washing up liquid? :D

I have used it to clean the engine bay but no way i would use it on the paintwork :p
