It has power steering. Come on.![]()
It's fantastic. I particularly like the fact that you have to operate a handle in order to open the windows. No silly mechanisms to go wrong that way. I don't need a silly button to move the door mirrors because I only need to adjust them once. Also the lack of central locking adds a nice additional security layer, and the lack of power steering isn't an issue because I am a human being and I have biceps.
There's been one "on the way" since its launch over 4 years agoI believe there is an UP GT on the way.
OK it has PAS, ignore me. It feels heavy and unassisted at low speeds though![]()
Can you believe a woman I work with got rid of a perfectly good 2008 mk2.5 Focus 1.8 Zetec for one of those hideous UP's because it means more to her to have a new car with the number 15 on the plateIt's fantastic. It must have more than 75PS if it's an ABT car. Looks great![]()
It doesn't, don't be fooled...
In fact, it comes in a 60PS variant too! The two standard engines basically.
ABT tune VAG cars. I'd be surprised if that Up! doesn't have a piggyback ECU fitted. Although if it's a loan car, they might have a tough time insuring a modified vehicle.
