I think the light makes it look worse.
Not much i can do about it now tbh, I very much doubt the dealer will sort it.
IF - and thats a big IF, it starts to annoy me i will have it sorted. But at the moment its not an expense i see a point in.

Looks like it has been rear ended and had replacement panels fitted with no paint/blending.
Anyway, if it doesn't bother you, and the panels have been fitted properly, I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Its a bit late now.
Oh, and lower it.

I plan to get some Eibach pro springs, Should see a 25-30MM drop
But I'm saving for a holiday at the moment.
The whole car is currently covered in Salt, so its not noticeable
I would say it's borderline barry, lowering it will make it's journey to barry land complete though.
The wind deflectors and dark alloys aren't doing it any favours but to be honest I don't know if these are standard items or not? Could be a 'barry from the factory' kind of situation.
Was the lease/contract up on the M135i or did you fancy a change?

It would look good with the lowering springs as well. It would then essentially be an MPS replica. Those are MPS wheels and they don't look right with that much arch gap, the MPS was lower than the sport.
Silver alloys would look better though. Wind deflectors are a subjective thing. I personally like them, though I don't have any on my own car.

Lease is up, the cost to carry it on for another year was insane plus I did fancy something else as well. Going to hold on to this z4 for a while though now.
Personally I don't see anything wrong with the deflectors or wheel colour, at least they're not black
