Another advocate of a "lets go for a drive" day. Instead of washing it I've done about 150 miles around the West Midlands countryside. Neither me or the car felt tired, I really like the balance the car has on the road, it's grippy and neutral handling and yet just the right stiffness not to wallow around. Nice drive out And as a bonus it seems to have only cost me a tenner! Awesome.

Haha slight over exaggeration perhaps on my fuel cost there but certainly no more than 15 quid. I can only imagine how awesome a 125i or 135i would be though as I must say I was impressed how compliant and yet planted my car felt on todays proper drive as I pushed it a bit more than I usually would on some roads No nose pushing out wide and luckily not too powerful to make the back end snappy. But I bet the more powerful stuff would make a great drive. Initially I thought it was a bit boring but how it feels on the road when going a bit quicker on some nice winding roads impressed me. Never thought I'd think that from a diesel!
