Clearly more than the bumper, the wing and bonnet look mangled also, they certainly don't line up, kidney grille doesn't appear to sit properly either now. That'll probably mean a new light also, probably the headlamp washers too.
 
Bumper, wing, grille, foglight, undertrays, arch liner onto tyre, leading edge of the bonnet, possibly headlight if the clips are bent (light marks on the glass though)

50/50 on write off :/

Yes and no.

I feel right at home, but it's a lot slower acceleration wise and handling feels very different too. It needs some mods to wake it up for a bit more aggression.

Enjoying it though, took it to Wales yesterday and managed a whopping 21mpg, I made up for the fact that it was majority motorway when I got to hit some great roads :)

ah ok, but your previous one was heavily modded, but if it was a stock vs stock comparison ? i guess the old one would feel lighter and a bit quicker ? but wont have the "refinement" of the new.. ?

i actually like it a lot in that colour, suits it

Stock vs stock this is no doubt a better car. The excitement difference comes from this one having much longer gearing and a lower rev limit. Weight wise this feels more nimble tbh..

It'll be getting the full exhaust treatment in the next couple of months, along with intake, lightweight pulleys, some deletes for a few things too.

I want to change the front seats and maybe wheels. I also have a real hankering for a carbon prop...
