Why? The orange/yellow angel eyes look better and offset against the xenon balls in the middle more elegantly. Same goes for sidelights on models without angel eyes.

Can't agree less I'm afraid, makes a newage car look 10+ years old, easiest upgrade choice I ever made, infact I had the lux h8 pack before I even got my car

2011 BMW M3 Alpine White Competition Pack with 7sp DCT.

Picked it up last night in the pouring rain so taking it easy. All the spec I wanted (EDC, Pro Nav, dynamic lights and Fox Red interior). Was owned by a detailer and it is absolutely mint with 34k miles on the clock, correct MPSS tyres too.

Logical upgrade from an S2000 and loving all the tech. Stuff like High beam assist is very useful.

Very nice. I had one of these for the day during my trip to the nurburgring. I may consider the Saloon version - When I finally decide to get another car.

Some great purchases recently. Loving the M3. White wouldn't be my first choice but quite a good combo with the red interior. Congrats.

...if only I could convince the missus we don't need 4 doors!

from my POV yellow work better when the xenons are on.

on their own white look better but I often find them a bit too bright - but that might be due to crap loads of after market ones which put out crazy amount of light compared to OEM. My z4 has yellow candle lights and I do quite like them on their own.

Yellow angel eyes look much better on that yellow M3.

No they don't. :p

I'm actually surprised how split everyone is on the yellow or white bulbs.

People will be saying halogens look better than xenons next...

I personally wouldn't stick leds on every car, old old cars look better with yellow bulbs imo, sticking white leds on them look weird.
