You all have issues hearing correctly, clearly. :p

It needs a proper exhaust system, but this isn't bad for a cheap bit of fun. :)


Anyway I can't drive it at the moment, a wave of old car **** has all happened at once. ABS/brakes are playing up, temperature guage has stopped working, and the fuel tank has started leaking... :rolleyes:

Needs ABS sensor at the minimum (hopefully thats all) and possibly some loom repair, and the fuel tank needs replacing which involved dropping the exhaust and the prop and removing some of the interior.

Why would u want to put a Barry boy bean can exhaust on a nice car like an E30? It just doesn't sound right coming from a car that looks like that especially when it appears to be accelerating in slow motion when compared to the race car sound coming out of the exhaust.
Wouldn't u be better getting a good exhaust system for your T Sport?
 
To be honest replacing the backbox with pipes was mainly an experiment, I didn't expect it to be quite so loud. It sounds good burbling about but it is a bit too raucous sounding compared to the actual speed when you step on it, I agree. :p

Its not permanant anyway I'm just messing about, it has to come off the road soon for welding and now a new fuel tank and stuff as well, the exhaust has to come off to get the tank off, so I'll most likely put a backbox on. :)
