My 2016 ecoboost mustang... got a shedload of shots on my insta @steve_mander however just a couple from my phone.

It's got a shedload of work done on it (I have to keep up with Gibbo somehow...)

Not meaning to be a downer, but what made you go for the ecoboost? :o

I'm 22 years old, deposit dropped when I was 20. Insurance for a v8 is around 3k more, tax per year (WAS) more, An EB produces more BHP than a 197 V8 which was the other option... and I didn't particularly want a LHD when there was a RHD on offer... Cars modded to heck and within a few weeks it'll do more horsies and a shedload more torque than a v8. So, that's what made me go for it :p!

How many pony powers does it have?
The corsa... I think it was listed at over 100... it had probably a tenth of that, it was slow as ****.

The mustang 310 as standard, with man maths currently 400 (but that's way, way, way off). I'm heading to Pumabuild in Birmingham to get her dyno'd PRE intercooler, and then going to Gibbo's dyno day at Tegiwa in stoke for the post dyno, I just need to get round to it. I'm expecting around 370.

Yeah, it's got a Magnaflow competition Cat-back exhaust, it's about 109.2db but it's a deep bassy kind of tone, it's not a v8, it doesn't have the burble, but it's got the deep bassy kind of roar at least....
I've got a velossatech ram air intake, air raid intake tube, Cobb stage 1 tune and a K&N filter on it induction wise, makes the turbo quite noticeable. So it's better, it's not a v8.

Won't that void your warranty modding it? Bit risky with the ecoboost with there being quite a few in the RS breaking on the Ford Forums and needing replacing

EBM engines for the RS go caput because they're letting untrained people tune them. RS is different to the EBM engine as well.

I'm tuning with Tune+ who's renowned as the best EB engine tuner in the world (Also known as Adamtuned etc). Researched and read up on everything, there's certain issues that can be used to negate the effects of a tune or a blown motor, however biggest ones being making sure you have the correct supporting mods (IC, Intake, plugs). As there's a lot of issues with the standard ones.
Also EBM's had issues blowing, but, the American engines are less so than the Valencia built engines.
 
Was that taken by the resident photographer @Warranty_V0id? I've had a look and can't seem to find much online. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

Btw, really nice car. Was having a look around it. It's very clean!
