Show Us Your Motors!

Hah! Love it! Will hopefully see you at some point and come down for a nosey. Doesn't look like it's outside at the minute.

It's sometimes a struggle finding a space for it outside so I have to park it further down the road haha. I was out toddling about in it last night though. Gimme a shout if you see me in it/the 5 for a chat. I still haven't worked out what you drive ha!

That was taken about 1-2 miles north of Leadhills in Dumfries and Galloway (one of the highest Villages in the UK or something) - not far from where i live, i can be on fantastic roads like this in 15 mins if i want.

The ND is fab, its not much more than 1000 kilos for the 2ltr manual, short gearing and pretty good grip makes it go some. Its not got the mega uppfh of a top end hot hatch but doesnt need it.

Think... RWD Fiesta ST and your about there, which means a brilliant car as the FST is epic as well if powered by the wrong end.
Heated seats, lovely interior, fancy stereo with god knows how many speakers and a sub... does 30mpg around town and even hashing 7 shades out of it .. wont drop below 39mpg..
I have a remap on it for 175 ish bhp (up from about 158), will replace the stock header-zorst next year and expect about 185-190bhp which is not bad in a ton car, but its not about straight line speed when you can drop the hood and see the sights in Scotland :D:D:D:D

Try and get one for an extended testdrive, its not good poodling about at 30/60 with the hood up in town... nawp go for it in the country looking for 7 and a half thousand revs in every gear.... its a little!!! different :):p:p:p

Honestly hairdressers need not apply :p

One of the most enjoyable cars I’ve ever owned was my supercharged 1994 1.8 mk1

Loved that thing

Only these latest stupidly expensive purchases have finally exceeded that car
