Show Us Your Motors!

I had a good look, even went as far as laying on the floor with a mirror on a stick, but it really is impossible to see these areas without taking stuff apart. (The reason they have rotted in the first place is because of moisture/salt/crud building up behind the very things blocking your view)

Oh, "Priced to sell" is one that gets my goat.

Took a trip Milton Keynes with my mate Sunday night. Total of 880bhp between us.

Very nice. Which one is yours?

Yeah, unless you can honestly have a real good poke around on a ramp you're going to be taking a chance on a car like that. Just the reality of it

When I went and bought my non-runner MX5 for £750 complete with new sills and new paint (it was cheap cos it wouldn't start or roll), I went there in the morning, spent an hour getting it running and driving, then paid the money and drove it onto the back of a low loader. (Un-seized the brakes, swapped out the battery, and replaced the main fuse)

The seller looked a bit peeved. I suspect he would have tried for more money if it worked. :p

In fairness it did still have a charging fault and an ABS fault.

Never sold a car dishonestly... I almost sold the black MX5 dishonestly but in the end i couldnt do it (partly cos his Dad knew where I lived :p) so i broke it up.

TBH I probably would have got more for the Celica if id broken it up, but i didnt have anywhere to do it.

I still like the E63. It's aggressive in a way the F13 just isn't. Considering a cabrio 650i later this year of that generation (if I can find one that's already had the dreaded coolant transfer pipe done or is sufficiently cheap to make it cost effective to do it).

If you want some sort of reliability sounds like the 630i is the one to go for. Also amazing how economical it is compared to the older gen 3l’s

This one is the autobox which suits the car

Fox may know the reason for this?

I see one sometimes locally, sounds nice even burbling along at 30mph!

My daily driver. BMW 630i Sport 2006.

Came with heads up display which I really like, lovely car to drive and probably a bit comfier than the Aston!

nice one! I was very tempted by one when I was looking for a z4 replacement. Always liked the looks and the 630i seemed good all around performance/economy/reliability wise.

I think facelift looks better but demands more money and is pretty rare.

The Americans just know how to make trucks, I think the UK will catch up but this thing is a commercial range rover its quieter inside than my vogue se, has more gadets and feels almost as nice. Granted compared to a range its a bit bouncy but a range would cost me £500 a month company vehicle car tax, this will cost £70 with fuel. Size wise when you see some Rangers now it still makes them look silly but its not to bad

I was going to find a v8 something or other but you know these are as quick, they do miss a bit of noise but in such a big truck sometimes you dont hear it anyway. Plus the only v8's you can usually find is dodge rams and i am not a huge fan although the 5.7 hemi is epic
