Show Us Your Motors!

Washed this for the first time, some serious area to get around. Use autobrite SPRINTS after which is very impressive for something you just spray and rinse (SiO2) lets see how long it lasts.

Seems someone has caught the front bumper with a very light scuff :(

Main reason to get it clean is wedding car duties later on today.

Sprints is so easy to apply, it last upto three months which is impressive for a spray on and spray off sealant.
Looking good. :)

Spent last couple of days away, Jaguar as always proving its a great cruiser, grabbed a few pictures of it parked up, always parked defensively or out the way. ;)

My local stealer :) has a 2016 Sept car in stock looking exactly like yours. Has the auto box, only 2500 miles only. Putting aside the fact that you own one, does just under £37k sound a fair value? Don't know the history such as wehther it's been a demo or anything(potentially ragged from cold).

They hold value well, when I got the Golf R they were 38-42k for used examples, 18 months later they are 35-40k so have held very well, 36.7k for a low miles DCT is OK, if your serious why not try a cheeky offer of 35k to seal the deal?

Doesn’t sound great deal. But they are holding value well. There has been a small price drop recently on the early ones, I’ve seen as low £34k when I look now.

I wanted the facelift, it’s an 18 plate (March 2018 first registration) which did have 2300 miles on the clock, advertised at £40k, I only managed to get it for £39k which seemed a fair price for a 6 month or so old car.

I’ve now done 2000 miles in first month of ownership. :o

I wasn't even looking :), just had a stroll around the forecourt and thought "That looks nice". Had a quick check over and seems in very good nick, ie, couldn't find any chips, wheels all perfect. Only had a quick chat and dealer said something about someone travelling down to view it in a few days and I'm not one to be rushed :). Not too bothered about DCT and know could save a few grand off a new one by going manual.

£39k sounds pretty good for a 6 month old car with similar miles to the one I saw, and the facelift model (didn't know there was one!).
Did a quick build of a new Competition to what I think is a similar spec and it came in a little over £51k with the manual transmission only. That's not bad at all, really. £35k sounds about right for the 2016 car taking the price of a new one into consideration (IMO). Hmmm
