Show Us Your Motors!

Couple of lovely C Class's there. The current gen coupe in particular is a such great shape. Side profile especially, in my eyes has such good proportions (other one is the E92 that is fab). Only downside is the fake exhaust tips on the new Mercs.

Looks cracking for what is essentially the base model(?)

The M Sport Edition is the top model - it is the trim level that sits above M Sport. In the UK, we have a choice of SE, M Sport and M Sport Edition.

It adds good things - like those really nice seats - and also bad things - like those wheels which quite literally have the words 'M Sport EDITION' written on the face

Generally though styling aside the G30 LCI is a wonderful thing.

The seats are one of my favourite parts, along with the colour.... Yeah the wheels :p Luckily its written really small on them!
I did worry the ride quality would be compromised(Due to 20" low profile) but so far, no complaints.

Lovely car, why choose a 520i though? 520d is a way more sensible option.

I disagree, if he doesn't do significant mileage the 520i is a more pleasant thing to drive, especially on short trips around town. A 4 cylinder diesel spoils a 5 Series, a 4 cylinder petrol does not.

I disagree. When I drive mine on petrol only the engine is coarse sounding not too dissimilar to a diesel, the power delivery is predominantly about low end torque just like a diesel, but the fuel consumption is appalling, a complete joke compared with a diesel.

Just didn’t want a diesel, my mileage has dropped, just wanted a nice comfy car to transport the family around :)
Previous car was a M140, didn’t make use of it properly so went for the sensibledeja vu option.
The same reason I got a G31 520d Touring from a Golf R Estate. I couldn’t use the R performance on my commute and so it was just like sitting in any other Golf.
The colour of your car looks awesome, as do the seats.
