That will be restored over time with correct paint and then I’ll do the usual and get chrome finishes for some stuff like air cleaner, master cylinder etc but keeping the stock intake system as it pulls cold air not gonna do the usual of out an open element under the hood to suck warm air.

Also these arrived:

Couple of cheap 8 Tracks I found on the bay for £8 to see if it still works and it does, so gonna get some AC/DC ordered up now.

Also thinking about a pair of magnaflow straight through mufflers for some noise as only £300 should increase the exhaust note somewhat. :D

Can't wait to hear if they work and what they sound like????

Old picture on my way down to Monte Carlo circa 2007 I found in a book yesterday and photo'd the photo! I rented this place just outside Dijon, it was dead posh and attached to a nice chateau. It had its own moat and everything and you could order service and they would bring it to the house on a trolly over the gravel drive!! :D

What you can't see is the 12 foot iron gates in front of the car. Proper locked away from the world feeling.

finally picked it up after last weeks false start. Picked it up, brand new and a fan switch was broken. It thought it was over heating.

Took it back, got fixed and offered 3 years free servicing

Sorry for terrible pic

It's a C300 AMG Line, Night Edition, Premium pack. Loving the LED gauges and Apple Car play :)
I thought the all black-ness would be too Gansta', but I don't mind it so much. Roll on the 1st wheel ding or small scratch, never owned a brand new car before

Very smart looking that. :)

E46 CSL I feel is the most correct road car ever made. Just looks right inside and out.

I'd agree, its dimensions are spot on for UK roads and its design/looks are timeless and for those who don't like SMG well a manual conversion is around £3000 or around £5000 with the highly recommended 4.10 diff ratio.
