I am not a fan of the old BMW 3 series, but with those wheels on it transforms the car, very nice mate

Nice one, the only proper engined 1.8 E30 - M42 Motor, the four door E30's had an 8v piece of junk, like they should do

My mate has an SP-2, which if you go back to page 18 of this thread about halfway down, you'll see a pic of along with my Mille and another mates Blade RR3. He's had the SP-2 for about 6 months now and loves it to bits. I've had a few goes on her, and I was quite impressed, it didn't have the "raw edge" that the RSV has ( in my mind at least ), but then again, mines been modified from standard somewhat and his SP-2 is boggo standard.

FOX, may i ask what has changed ?
i no nothing about Fords and ford mondeos for that matter, but you say you have changed some bits, be interesting to see the differences
also some pics on here are too big, they are posting over the allowed rule limit, its annoying haveing to scroll right.left all the time.

Quick tech spec....
2.0 16v turbo, with front intercoller, exhaust, chip, bigger injectors, increased fuel pressure etc
Drilled and grooved discs with EBC Red Stuff pads
Bilstein and Eibach suspension with all new bushes/rack/mounts
Locked transfer box with all hydraulics removed
250bhp, 280lb/ft, 155mph+, 0-60 5secs and 0-1/4 in 13.6secs...

heres my old girl
started life as standard 1600 carb GL
now is full GSi spec, 2.0 16v XE engine (RR'd at 161hp @ 5820) not bad for a 150.000 mile engine.
Likes to eat RS Turbo's........a lot!

Im in Fife.... the guys from Alloa wouldn't be Ally and Allan would they? Im in Bonnybridge a lot - Allparts is a mecca for old Vauxhalls!!
Nice white Cav - normally not a fan of fiddled bodywork but thtas the first time I've seena hatch with the full GSi kit... and good power figures! (standard.... yeah!)

Nope, Stuart and Rab. As well as a metallic black Cav GSi, Stu has a minted gold coloured Manta with a 16v redtop, heavily tuned to around 240bhp, he also owns the Honda SP-2 in the pics I posted previously, and Rab has.....well, Rab has mair Vauxhalls than I can count tbh. They both do the odd track day here and there at Knockhill in Ascona's and Manta's.
Allparts is just up the road from me, and yeah, its a great place for picking up bits and bobs for Vauxhalls.
