Show Us Your Motors!

its typical honda, my s2k I think oem wheels may even be et65 :D which is insane.

but yeah, getting any decent to fit is hard.. I kinda like 5 spoke designs on it, maybe tc4 advans or similar.
TC4 are very nice, they suit S2K's well. Don't know if they'd work on the FD.
What about some Regamasters? Tried and tested civic wheel.

Here's something you may not know... TE37 Stands for Touring Evolution 3.7KG... They were made for Civic Cup racing in Japan and then eventually were made for Skylines then other wheels... The irony is, if you weigh the OG first gen wheel they actually weigh around 4.2-4.5kg haha!

They used also anodising because it was lighter than plating/powder coating.

Dropped the 600 off with McLaren over a week ago for its 4th year major service and MOT:
- Major service: £1300
- Brake fluid change: £250
- MOT: £55

Also leaving car with them to repair some corrosion under warranty, good timing as we’re currently on holiday getting some Winter Sun for a couple of weeks.

Got this Peugeot SUV 2008 I think, nothing special but comfy and it handles some of the dirt track roads here OK:

22-25c so a pleasant improvement from home. :)

Spent the weekend pretty much Nascaring around

MSV held a season media day for there race series stuff, we was invited down to get some promo shots for American Speedfest plus some other bits, it was bittersweet as a pal went of in his NASCAR and had a huge wipeout into the barrier, cut our track time down as well as sad for him. It was quite overwhelming mind you, there was so much attention people taking photos when your in the car getting right in your face (media teams)

Then headed over to Gasoline juice today Cheeky couple of pics

You must have gimpy legs or the Mrs is driving. My e2008 is atrocious for getting in/out of due to the dumbass steering wheel design which is about 20% functional (doesn't go high enough to not bang your knees, doesn't go low enough to see the dials).

Edit: talking of e2008 my wife managed to take out my wall earlier today

Yes the steering wheel sits awkwardly low but with years of experience getting in and out of all kinds of cars I don’t find anything too much of an issue, just adapt and nope don’t have gimpy legs, lol. :)

Haha, I will remember this the next time I get in the car and bang my knee. "Just like a 600LT!". "Basically a supercar" :D

Hi there

Might be the only owner on OcUK, or soon to be of an Alpine A110S, deposit placed today and going to collect when I return from holiday next month, cannot wait after numerous test drives of A110 and A110S last few weeks and trying some at Donington yesterday also, made my decision and trigger pulled:

A very different choice but after driving both the A110 and A110S I was somewhat blown away, think Lotus Exige handling, but far nicer place to sit and do miles in, I for one love the fact it is a DCT box, got enough manuals as this will make daily chores not only easy but plenty of fun. The highlight of driving them is lightness and comfort. :)

Fellow Alpine owner here, albeit a Legende.
