Congratulations on completely ruining what was probably quite a nice car. It looks beyond awful, sorry :(

Ha! I thought you'd like it Fox ;)

The rear wheel does sit like that yes... no photshop, it's on air ride (aka bags), I don't actually drive it like that

I like the Ghia's, but I'm afraid I'm not a fan of the rat look

Nope.

Tonight's efforts were purely just to tidy it up a bit - the car is a tool, so there will be no significant money spent on anything non-functional :) To give you an example of this car's philosophy, until now the rear arches have been held on with duck tape, but tonight I replaced them by drilling a hole and sticking a self tapper in :D

You should see how the bumpers were before I cleaned it up - there is quite significant improvement!

Oh, and a quick pic for anyone that is interested in what is under the bonnet. Twin 40 Solex carbs, and unknown but huge lift cams make an already awesome engine (Lancia 1.6) pretty damn quick (for what it is, at least) :)

Because spending 2.5 hours cleaning it is not only free, but a bit of fun as well.

New bumpers would be impossible to source, and a waste of money IMO even if you could. The old bumpers are not salvageable beyond their current state.

Surely a heatgun (applied very carefully and gradually) would bring back a bit of blackness to those?
