I know it's never going to be to everyones taste, and you are correct that it's nothing compared to my previous stuff, but I woke up one day and realised that I just couldn't justify spending silly money on expensive toys any more.

My Golf costs beer money to run and insure, and is huge fun. It puts a daft grin on my face whenever I drive it, I have as much fun in it as my mad jap stuff, but it's a different kind of fun, and its guilt free

I like it, but then I like my old-skool hot-hatches and VWs, so it's a double winner here. That is with the exception of the silly windscreen sticker and smoothed tailgate. Numberplate looked better where it should be.

I don't think it's chav myself, but I just call it my little chav wagon in acknowledgement that I'm a 34-year-old man driving something that looks like it should be driven by a young lad
