Show Us Your Motors!

Its only a bit of banter at the end of the day

Indeed :)

I swear half of the reason Drex chooses the mods he does is because he knows what sort of a reaction it gets. Like the showcage, and the pedobear sticker lol.

I genuinely like the look the cage gives the car, but as far as the pedobear stickers go you probably aren't far wrong ;)

It's like my anticar.

You love it, and you know you do.

Lies. I've still got that email saved when you offered me a swap with your 530i and a packet of Hob-Nobs. Admitedly, the Hob-Nobs almost stole the deal but I stood firm.

Bodywork and paint wise it looks in great shape. Not a fan of the alloys and lack of badge etc though :) Let us know when you're on track at Combe next.

Over all it's a solid car for it's age, but there are a few spots of rust that I am going to have to deal with before they get worse. But it ain't bad for 25 years old :)

First outing at Combe this year will be the spring action day, April 9th IIRC.

I'm also going on track at combe on the 9th aswell. Will keep my eyes peeled for a golf on ronal turbos.

Got my stage 3 remap sorted on saturday at a meet at powerstation. Overlaid the dyno run from last year with it. (last years was stage 1 with dreadful boost control problems)

Freshly serviced, MOT'd, washed and hoovered by the good folks at SMC Ford in Slough :). Now the old girl is ready to sell.

.

Feel free not to critique my photography.

I'd say that's just about the perfect casual car shot, so instead I'll critique the fact that you haven't told anyone what your car is :p.

It's a Focus RS, cunningly disguised as a 1.6 TDCi LX.

And within 10 minutes of placing the Autotrader advert, someone called and is coming to look this afternoon.

35 on Friday actually ;)

I know it's never going to be to everyones taste, and you are correct that it's nothing compared to my previous stuff, but I woke up one day and realised that I just couldn't justify spending silly money on expensive toys any more.

My Golf costs beer money to run and insure, and is huge fun. It puts a daft grin on my face whenever I drive it, I have as much fun in it as my mad jap stuff, but it's a different kind of fun, and its guilt free :)

I'm kinda getting to this point now myself..... Turbo nutter Jap cars are great, but i reckon i have more fun in my cruddy civic vti estate as i do in my rx7 or skyline!

Ok, a couple of pics of mine and the wife's cars:
