I've seen so many F20 12 plates about...none with a good engine or options.

Very nice colour and hope you're enjoying it though!

What's the removal of M-Sport Suspension about?

I personally hate what they've done with the bonnet front on all new BMWs, it used to finish at the grill, to give 3 little gaps, now its moved back a few inch and leaves a long fully width gap across the front of the car, looks very poor to me.

The M Sport suspension ride was too harsh so I opted for the standard suspension which is a bit smoother.

I agree. Blame the Euro safety bods with pedestrian safety designs being enforced.
It looks better when viewed in person though.

Don't you find SE suspension a bit bouncy when going round corners though? It corners less flat too, which is kind of annoying! But I suppose in the effort of more comfort....what can you do.

If I was using the car on a track then maybe. For commuting and ferrying my family around it works just fine :)
Also, the Sport model comes with the same setup.

That's fair enough based on your usage I suppose. For me I like the feedback from m-tech suspension and the flatter cornering, also the lower ride height. The feeling of knowing what's going on between road and tyre and what's about to happen is comfort...for me :p

Screw what passengers think!

I really like the blue stitching the seats :o

Anyway, i'm starting to like the 1 series, especially in Estoril blue and M-Sport. However, i would have LOVED to have seen the other designs of the front headlights that they threw out, in favour of what they went for. The headlights just look stupid and ruin what would otherwise be a pretty car!
