Show Us Your Motors!

AndrewP that looks great now. There were a few bits when you first got it that made it look a bit unloved but it looks tidy now. Just a shame about that small cutout for the towbar.

Thanks, it was a bit tatty inside and out, though well looked after mechanically, and is much tidier now. I'm going to get the back bumper off and fill the hole from the inside as well as removing the towbar mounting, probably this weekend. I don't have the towball bit anyway, it'll save a bit of weight and stop my dad considering towing his boat with it!

New camera so new pictures :) , needs to be dropped by 35 to sort the arches out :) Apart from that i'm happy with it :D .

Reminder of the Specs.

2005 Mini ONE with the Pepper Pack and Viper Stripes
Standard 1.6 ONE Engine (90-112bhp)
Visibility Pack, automatic headlights and Windscreen wipers, heated windscreen. DSC as well as some freaky suspension thing which I have no idea what is!

Still has the basic sound system inside, but its fine for me, im tempted to get a sub, but when i've saved a bit of cash, as well as a blue-fin ECU remap once insurance goes down!

Emma :)

Had a wash today and good thorough clean (car was up Stoke last week and parts of Stoke remained on the bodywork :p) - anyway I had some HORROR and some HAPPINESS today too.

The horror being I noticed a "scratch pad" that some **** has put on my passenger door, it's not too deep and only top coat by the look of it so hopefully some T-CUT or alternative can be used to restore it.

The Happiness being I have saved £110 due to the brake pad wear light going off now indicating that it was a sensor fault instead of the pads wearing thin! seems a good wash / maintenance today cleaned out whatever was causing the light to come on.

Yep on the left door in the last pic there is a stain which I can't seem to remove and it's only visible in certain light conditions, I think the previous owner spilled something on there - I keep forgetting to use some back to black on that piece of trim!
