I think I’ll decide how I use the forum interface?

If you hadn’t noticed I’ve have massively stepped back from quoting anything he posted and my reply doesn’t suggest he’s not already on ignore. Why have you assumed he’s not?

It's just the few comments or swipes you've made towards him, can you cut it please.

BYD are already at 4,500 new cars sold in the first 3 months of this year in the UK, that's more than Mazda and Honda.
Im still trying to work out the context of this post in relation to the past and Tesla products that i was actually replying to.

Ze Germans!

Borrowing my mates 718 GT4, be interesting how it compares to 987.2 R.

As a next car is potentially an RS Spyder so be interesting what I make of 718 GT4.

Great shot of the E92! Must have been epic to take that around Spa!
Amazing! car was all setup on uniballs and millway mounts with adjustable arms. 2.5 front and 2 deg rear camber. But everything else there on track tyres and the brakes were inconsistent, ds2500 got too hot . Such a fast track. 147mph after eau rouge. Might try some AD09

In case anyone wants to watch. And hear it ! Remapped to 450hp on decats and the Macht schnell intake

Seats were great too. Recaro CS in fox red. Nice find on cutters. £5k new

Belgian kids on a school trip there too. Seemed popular with quite a few sitting in it and taking pictures of the v8 engine

Interesting to see how much bigger the 718 looks compared to your R

As a matter of interest given the economic turmoil at the moment are you expecting to see prices soften?

R prices have been same past 10 years, 35-45k depending spec/miles they never seem to change.

718’s have dropped a lot whether they will drop more who knows but I think RS GT4 and Spyder will soften to 110k range.

I’m keeping McLaren for at least another year as those values have held whereas others have collapsed and if in three years plus ownership it only loses around 20k will be very acceptable, especially if I drop into an RS and also get 20k in my pocket too with the change. Got buyers queuing for McLaren but we all know how it people saying want to buy your car then you decide to sell and they all go silent or want it for peanuts because you met them once haha.

Originally purchased in approx 2012 from someone who was into football as you can see by the last 2 photo's colour scheme inside (black alloys etc) which has mainly been removed , still allot to sort out interior wise on the leather , needs a visit to the paint shop to sort out some quality issues. Engine and gearbox fine , hardest part to get is an original tinted rear view mirror glass for the drivers side.

Really good so far. I should have gone back to them once a year, but tbh, I've just been following the wash regime they advised and so far so good. If I'm honest, I do regret not getting at least a front end PPF applied though...changed jobs last year which means I have to commute by car again. Only a few days a week, but it's still a fair bit of motorway and I've picked up a few stone chips.
