Show us your TFT setups!!

I'd also like to know, my expanded credit card limit is banging its head on the virtual wall!

Well I'm delighted with it - got it yesterday. From what I've read it does support 1:1 mapping, not sure how to confirm myself! Picture quality is excellent, and I've just spent the past hour or so playing Quake Wars which was excellent at 1920 x 1200, didn't notice any ghosting or anything like that.

Thanks mate,

What would you rate the colour accuracy for photos like? what price also did you pay for it can I ask ?

I'm in the market for a 24 incher like this and the price is decent, I can colour calibrate it too but would have course like to know what it's like out the box!

Also how would you rate the viewing angles ?

Colour accuracy seems fine to me - it has something called Senseye which lets you change profile, i.e. movie, sRGB, photo, dynamic etc - not sure how each of them relate to each other though but the picture I took up there came out on screen very accurately to my untrained eye, but if you were a professional you might want to actually check this rather than taking my word for it!

Viewing angles seem fine - I'm right in front of it just now, but have no issues standing back a bit from the screen or to the side. Obviously won't be as good as a *VA panel but I'm very happy with it....

2 Dell 2007WFPs and 1 DGM 24" (you know the one.)

Looking good Steven,

How you finding the 2707?

Very tempted to get something slightly larger than my 24" Hyundai.

Don't really want the res of the 30" screens as i would need to spend a fortune on graphics cards.

27" is a great compramise between size and res. i think its a great screen, text is really clear with it being slightly larger than the 24". but not too big so that its not crisp.

id thought about getting/im thinking about getting the 30" but if i did that i'd either need to lower settings of my games or buy another x2 with water block which is about £350.

for anyone looking for something bigger than 24 you should definately consider this if the 2560 res is putting you off a 30".

Cheers for the speedy response! :)

Also, just about to get a 3870X2. I take it from reading your GPU/CPU bottlenecking thread that yours is under water and that you're probably using the EK X2 waterblock. How have you found the block and is it worth the £90 price tag?

Hmmm it's just too fist clenching! I have an IPS 2007WFP and moving to a TN would pee me off but 24" for £250 !

Argh!

havent actually got it on water yet im waiting on my new case coming before i do. its okay on air albeit a tad on the loud side (which is why im going to water)

i should warn you at 100% fan (which it never runs at) sounds like a huricane or something.

i'll fill you in on the water block performance once i get it fitted. should be taking delivery of the new case in the next 2 weeks :)
