Show us your TFT setups!!

Cheers for the info snow mate.
Sorry I meant that picture frame or whatever it is on the desk itself(near the centre screen).

Looks like a chunky picture frame?

Also presumably you using FSX?

And you said you are training to become a pilot, but surely you need to flying something like 70 hours or something? (So you will have to eventually get into a plane :P?)

I too am actually contemplating going for a pilots license and was thinking about starting training using FSX but I have never got round to it!

ah i see.

thats a nzxt fan controler and temp monitor... when its working its a really nice bit of kit. was a nightmare to get running though.

i use it to run my fans. when my pc heats up from gaming, the fan controler increases the speed. and when surfing idling... it backs the fans off to the computer goes very quiet!

thats great you thinking of getting into aviation...

make sure you got deep pockets! its very expensive :)

to start you commercial licence you need a Private pilots licence with 150 hours flying time, 100 of those must be solo, a night rating, a class one CAA medical and passes in all 14 theoretical subjects (Airline Transport Pilots Licence)

im going to america for 2 months to start my CPL in march.. cant wait to get stuck in :)

Ah good man! You getting it on the cheap :D
Will the CPL in US be usable in the UK? (Sorry if thats a noob question :D)

Thanks for clarifying about the NZXT controller! Can I ask how long it took you to arrange all the flight sim controllers etc?

just bought the lg for some 120hz goodness, although seems small after the hanns 28", happy with it so far the games run so smooth:D

Where did you buy that frame? Thats awesome

Matt

sn0w8 thats a really impressive setup.

hello all..

sorry for the late reply.

been crazy with training this week!

thanks so much for all the nice comments :) nice to see some ppl appreciate my hard work (unlike my girlfriend lol)

to the chap asking about my flying training, im going to arizona to train for my CPL (commercial pilots licence) through a training company called oxford aviation. they are a very good training organisation from the uk. they have a training airport out in america for their cadets because aircraft are cheaper to maintain and fuel is much cheaper.

to the other chap asking about the frame. it is called an "obutto" they are very good value for money, very versatile. you can use them as a gaming chair, flight chair or driving chair.

heres the link to their site...

oh yeah to the chap asking about my home cinema. yes its the same person from good old AV forums! hello sir :)

cheers chaps. and once again sorry for the large pictures.. sites i have posted pics on before automaticly resize.
