Heres my current setup. I say current as I'm thinking of selling the 2.1 Altec Lansing speakers and investing in 5.1. This will however how to wait until the some Coving goes up to cover the cables.

Hey rumblebee, where did you get the desk, I'm looking for a new one and thats the sort of thing i'm looking for.

£75.00 from Office World.
In my area they are located at retail parks in Stockton and Gateshead.
It's a fantastic desk. Nice and strong with plenty of room for everything.

Probably wont get the desk any tidier so here it is. The monitor is the lovely BenQ FP71E+, I was one of the few who snapped them up when on offer. Thank you, btw, to overclockers for an excellent deal.

Can I ask where you got this desk from? Finding it really difficult to find a good corner desk.

Cheers :)

Hi. Not made any posts here in ages! Here is some pics of my latest Acer 1951 19" tft. Superb monitor, excellent picture, great for games and good viewing angles!

If I bought a Viewsonic VX912B X Series 19" now...would i be making a good choice?

I dont want to go more expensive really, unless it really warrants the pricetag.

Ive always been a CRT user and this is my first TFT, so im probably expecting a lot from it. Not to mention my CRT addiction is to Iiyama, some of the best quality CRTs out there and i use a 22" Pro 513, to make things worse for the new TFT.

I went from the 19" crt iiyama 451 I think to the one you've mentioned and loved it immediately, so ended up getting another to go dual screen.
I no longer get any eye strain from extended periods viewing the screen(s)
I think the only thing that I don't like is it doesn't handle darker stuff as well as a CRT but that could be me slouching in my seat!
